Dillan's Bow And Arrow

Dillan saved up all his money for the past year for a bow and arrow he has been wanting. He finally saved up enough money and the day he bought it he was outside for hours shooting it. He is getting really good too! He is out there everyday except for Sunday shooting it (even in the middle of winter) now that's commitment!

New Years Eve!

Our Day started off great. In the morning I set Tyson down on the floor to get him changed. And before I had his clothes gathered up, I found him with his cowboy hat on riding our toy horse. He is so funny.

Not too later on in the morning I was working on my computer to look over and see him with this on his head, and he stayed there (knowing how funny he is!) while I laughed and grabbed the camera. He is such a ham.

I asked Dillan what he wanted to do for our New Years Eve party as a family, and he wanted to make party hats. He made all these (with a little help). We had a great evening watching movies, eating fun food, and of course falling asleep before midnight. But the kids don't know whether you are counting down at midnight or at 11:15. At least we let them stay up that long. Keith and I are just getting to old to feel it worth it to stay up.

Christmas Day!

We first got the stocking and gifts from Santa before opening any gifts and at first Josh was more interested in eating his chips from Santa than he was opening gifts!

Captain Jack Sparrow/Ninja

At least they are having fun fighting!

Dillan made Josh the white box with pictures on it for all his "special" things. Josh loved it.

Tyson loves putting on different hats, hence all the many hats he recieved.

Josh made Dillan a book called "The Dillan Book" where he talked about all the great things about Dillan and drew him pictures. Dillan reads it all the time. I love that they put so much thought into getting each other gifts this year.

Notice all the knit camo hats? Keith made those at work ( the kids he works with have to do them as restitution). I think he did a great job. He also made me a nice grey one that I love. What a well rounded man! He is the manliest of men, but he knits:)
