Wet Sunday

On Sunday right after I had just finished getting Tyson ready for church, bathed, dressed, hair done, etc. he decided to make things easier for me. ( he is really good at that!) What happened next was him leaning too far over the tub where Josh was bathing, and he slid right in! Luckily we had enough time to throw his clothes in the drier just in time for church. (Notice that innocent look like he is saying, "What Happened!?!)

Snow Fun!

Dillan made his first snow cave ( with a little help from Daddy ).





































Josh figured out that he can actually where both of his snow suits at the same time... more padding, more warmth, hey why didn't I think of that!?



Snow doesn't stop Dillan from riding his bike! Here he is all decked out in his snow suit, boots, etc., riding his bike along the street.

Christmas Tree fun!

We went out the Monday after Thanksgiving to get our tree. We had to use some ingenuity to get the tree home. We took out the two middle seats in our van and put a tarp down on the floor, then shoved the tree in. Pretty crazy, and Tyson didn't like having the tree on his feet the whole way home:) We had a great time decorating, and are starting to feel the Christmas spirit. We love this time of year.

We had a blast in Monticello for Thanksgiving. We love seeing family and spending that quality time together.

Here are the 'girls' of our family. My mom, me, Becky, and Tamra. We had a blast spending time together. Here we are trying to do that trick where we all sit at the same time and stay up, but it wasn't working. I now realize that it is supposed to be done in a circle! He He , oh well at least we are all smiling for the picture at least:)

Trip to Matt & Lory's

We were able to go see Matt and Lory and their awesome family this last weekend and we had a blast. It was so sad to see the weekend come to end. We just love spending time with them. These are pictures of us on the way home, and if you look closely at the picture of Josh it is pretty funny. He got stuck with his seat belt because he tried to put his jacket on while he was wearing his seat belt, and if you know Josh, you know that he was pretty much freaking out at this point because things weren't going together just like they should!

Magic Science Fun!

Dillan is really interested in science and magic right now, so for his birthday we got him a magic science kit. He loves to do the different projects in it, but loves even more to do it with his Dad, so he waits for times when his dad can do it with him. So on the 5th when Daddy was home, they spent the evening working on projects. It was really fun, and I love these cherished pictures!

Happy Halloween! We had a fun Halloween this year. Dillan and Josh were both excited to have muscles in their costumes and to see how strong they are. Tyson was a fun dog. We have been practicing all month having him tell us what a dog says and he would bark for us, but of course wouldn't show off to anyone on Halloween night. Oh well, that is just the way it goes. We went to a trunk or treat that our ward puts on and the kids got plenty of candy there. Luckily Tyson is still young enough that he doesn't know when his candy mysteriously goes missing, because Dillan and Josh are starting to get that photo image in their head of all their candy. They know when the 'good' ones go missing! They will share if I ask though. I guess Mommy needs to get better at her manners and just ask:)

We have been working on finishing our fence and we recruited the boys for their help. Looks to me like they are playing a lot more than helping though! No j/k we had fun and enjoy working together as a family. Here they are measuring how deep the hole is for us. Once again we learn that the boys don't need expensive toys to have fun, so for Christmas this year we are just going to dig a bunch of holes in the backyard for them to play in :)

Our dog Tess had her puppies about 4 weeks ago. They are so cute. The boys love to hold them, but we need to keep a close eye on Tyson because he has a love-hate relationship with them where one minute he is being so sweet hugging and kissing on them, then the next he is throwing them down because he is done. Dillan and Josh can't seem to get enough though. They are always wanting to hold them and will hold on to them for a long time.
